One of my favorite artists, pieces by Murakami are always a joy to work on. This is especially true when I get to see the art in person. I was asked to increase the contrast and saturation so the tightly layered skulls would stand out, while also keeping the varying color schemes intact. The reds and yellows had to be adjusted individually in order to accurately represent the work.
